Wallaby star joins Force young guns on Dore Sport Program

30th October, 2007
Western Force & Wallaby star Cameron Shephard has begun the Dore Sport Program as a part of the Force's 2008 Investec Super 14 pre-season training Program. Shephard joins team-mates Haig Sare, Luke Holmes, Nick Cummins & Tom Hockings on the Program after the Wallabies World Cup run was ended by England in the Quarter finals in France. Force coach John Mitchell decided to continue placing a selection of his players onto the Dore Sport Program after the considerable success of the players on the Program last season.

 

Digby Ioane

Digby Ioane scores try on debut for Wallabies

4th June, 2007
Western Force star Digby Ioane made his International debut for the Wallabies against Wales in the Test Match at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, scoring a try in the 31-0 victory. Ioane, who is part of the Western Force contingent of players currently on the Dore Sport Program has seen remarkable changes in his game since beginning the stimulating exercise regime in December last year.

Rees - Young player of the year

Tom Rees who has recently gone through the Dore Sport Program wins the Young Player of the Year. James Haskell and Dom Waldouck who came second and third respectively, also went through the Dore Sport Program.
